Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns on standard, in-stock physical items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Custom or made-to-order items, and all digital products (including STL files and downloadable plans), are final sale and not eligible for return.
